We are looking for a skilled and innovative Social Media and Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a knack for creating engaging ad content, and the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance continuously.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Campaign Management:**
– Develop, implement, and manage effective social media and Google Ads campaigns.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
– Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify and implement the most effective approaches.

2. **Content Creation:**
– Create compelling and visually appealing ad content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
– Develop ad copy that resonates with specific demographics and drives engagement and conversions.

3. **Audience Targeting:**
– Conduct audience research to identify and target key demographics effectively.
– Utilize advanced targeting options to reach potential customers and generate leads.
– Leverage data insights to create lookalike audiences and retargeting campaigns.

4. **Performance Analysis:**
– Track and report on key metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
– Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
– Analyze competitor strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.

5. **Optimization:**
– Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

– Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize results.

– Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand their strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
– Identify opportunities to differentiate our campaigns and gain a competitive edge.
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt our strategies accordingly.

8. **Maximizing Facebook Ads:**
– Develop and implement strategies specifically tailored to maximize the effectiveness of Facebook Ads.
– Utilize Facebook’s advanced targeting options to reach specific demographics and create highly relevant ad experiences.
– Monitor Facebook Ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to enhance results.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Social Media and Google Ads Expert, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, and digital marketing strategies.
– Proficiency in using advertising tools and analytics platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
– Excellent writing and content creation skills.
– Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
