Social Media and Lead Management Coordinator, for Real Estate (Realtor)

We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media and Lead Management Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, reaching out to leads through various online platforms, and nurturing those leads through effective follow-up and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

**Social Media Management**
– Create and post engaging content on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to attract potential clients
– Leverage Facebook groups and Marketplace for lead generation by posting relevant content and responding to inquiries
– Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms

**Lead Management**
– Manage and maintain the company’s lead database (CRM) using Lofty CRM
– Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with leads via email, text, and occasional cold calling
– Set up and manage email drip campaigns for lead nurturing
– Verify the accuracy of lead information using provided systems

**Administrative Tasks**
– Manage and organize the company’s email inbox using Gmail and Google Suite products
– Color-code emails based on categories for better organization
– Assist with weekly email campaigns by posting pre-written content
– Communicate effectively with the employer for clarification or questions

**Qualifications:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
– Experience with lead management and CRM systems (Lofty CRM preferred)
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Familiarity with email marketing and drip campaign strategies
– Proficient in Gmail, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

This is a remote position, and you will be provided with a cloud computer to work from. The primary focus of this role is to manage our social media presence, generate leads through various online channels, and ensure effective follow-up and communication with potential clients.
