Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand through engaging content. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, women’s empowerment, and photography, possessing the skills to strategically manage our online presence and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Develop effective social media marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Interact with customers and stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts, fostering engagement and building a community.
Digital Marketing Analysis:
Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy.
Identify strategic weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements based on industry trends and best practices.
KPI Setting and Measurement:
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, measuring and reporting campaign performance against these KPIs.
Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data.
Facebook Group Management:
Post monthly content in the VIP group (10-20 daily posts) following the provided outline.
Interact multiple times throughout the day to create engagement in the group.
Add new members to the email list and create a welcoming post for new members weekly.
Provide updates for the top contributors contest weekly, with the winner selected on the 1st of each month.
Engage with group members as the face of the brand, increasing dialogue and fostering a sense of community.
Instagram Management:
Schedule daily Instagram posts using Later, featuring client images and testimonials with emotional language.
Post two stories a day at different times, strategically planned in Later.
Create engaging reels from recorded content and post them as per the content calendar.
Additional Tasks:
Blogging four times a month.
Create and send email blasts about blog posts, promoting them on social media and stories.
Develop a weekly email in Flodesk updating clients on studio happenings, session prep, and providing educational content.
Manage email correspondence and service interactions with clients.
Utilize Dubsado for access, workflows, and maintaining smooth operations.
