Social Media and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to take charge of our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook and with an emphasis on TikTok and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these platforms and be able to create engaging and educational content that resonates with our audience as well as captures the attention of new customers.

In addition to managing our social media accounts, you will also be responsible for designing and developing marketing strategies as well as email campaigns. We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Please Note: This is a part-time position with potential for growth. As you increase brand engagement, there may be opportunities for increased responsibilities and hours.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
– Create compelling content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including videos, images, and captions.
– Monitor trends and insights in social media and beauty industry to stay ahead of the curve.
– Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis.
– Collaborate with the team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with our brand values and objectives.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing

Requirements:
– Previous experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company.
– Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
– Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
