Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media, advertising, content creation, and performance analysis. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with influencers, development teams, and SEO efforts to maximize our online presence and drive results.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing Ads Campaigns: Strategize, create, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook (Meta), Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc., to reach our target audience effectively.
2. Collaborating with Creative Teams: Work closely with graphics designers and photographers to create visually appealing content for posts and ads. Provide guidance, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and verify content quality.
3. Coordinating with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to promote our brand and products/services. Develop partnerships, negotiate terms, and oversee influencer campaigns to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
4. Content Verification and Quality Assurance: Review content created by the design and photography team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and client requirements.
5. Client Communication and Feedback Integration: Act as a liaison between the marketing team and clients, obtaining approvals for campaigns and content. Gather feedback and integrate it into ongoing campaigns or future iterations.
6. Strategic Planning: Plan content calendars for social media posts and major events campaigns, including holiday discounts and promotions. Coordinate with other teams for event logistics and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
7. Coordinating with Development Teams: Collaborate with development teams to ensure website optimization, user experience enhancements, and implementation of tracking pixels for effective campaign measurement.
8. SEO Coordination: Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize website content, keyword strategy, and link-building efforts. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
9. Performance Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, social media posts, and SEO efforts. Compile data on metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Generate reports to inform future strategies and optimizations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, advertising, and content creation.
3. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. ASANA experience plus point
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
6. Understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz is a plus.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
