???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan, strategize, and develop customised social media strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific goals and objectives
* Generate comprehensive monthly reports to track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations to clients
* Skillfully schedule and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms, utilising effective strategies to optimise audience engagement and expand reach
* Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new clients, including in-depth consultations to gain a deep understanding of their brand identity and target audience
* Provide exceptional client support and timely resolution of inquiries and concerns through WhatsApp, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
* Employ an operational mindset to efficiently manage and oversee client accounts and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines
* Demonstrate creativity and originality in developing captivating social media content that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates client’s brand message
* Proactively identify improvement opportunities, such as content optimization or campaign enhancements, and propose innovative ideas to drive superior client results
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to deliver high-quality and cohesive creative assets that align with the client’s brand guidelines
* Adapt to diverse client tones and brand guidelines, maintaining consistent messaging and brand integrity across all social media platforms
* Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and gain insights for enhancing client social media strategies
* Monitor social media platforms for relevant conversations, mentions, and trending topics related to the aesthetic practitioners and beauty clinics industry, providing timely insights to the team
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas, share insights, and collaborate on cross-client initiatives

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as Social Media and Operational Support within a social media agency, preferably with exposure to aesthetic practitioners and beauty clinics
* Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough onboarding processes for new clients, encompassing gathering essential information and establishing clear expectations
* Proven track record in developing and executing effective social media strategies, including conducting competitor analysis and leveraging market research to inform strategic decision-making
* Possesses exceptional client service skills, capable of providing timely and professional support
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute actively during brainstorming sessions.
* Exhibits a detail-oriented mindset, ensuring consistent messaging and maintaining brand integrity
* Displays a proactive attitude with a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative ideas
* Shows strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
