Social Media and Podcast Manager

I’m looking to work with a part time badass independent social media & podcast manager with the potential to grow into a full time position who can come in and GROW our current social media, bring strategic ideas based on data and what’s doing well, and create/post our content on various platforms.

You will be working with our current Assitant where she can teach you the ropes in our tech stack but the idea is you take over and create this role as your own, really bringing your strategy, ideas, and creative flare to the role.

Research on various topics of personal development, mindset, money mindset, meditation, for content creation (examples of topics: subconscious programming, self-worth, money mindset, mindset for entrepreneurs etc)

Management and posting of content schedule (posting 3-5 times a day on socials and 1-2 times a week with podcasts with corresponding emails) with whats on trend to various accounts

Reading the data, providing reports and feedback weekly to help us make data informed decisions

Comment on various like minded social media accounts

Planning and creation of content for social networks. Our team will bulk upload most content raw. Our Video editor will create the content which you will approve, write captions, research trending strategies/hashtags/memes etc reposting it to multiple platforms without the water marks, reposting content to emails)

Social Media Posting: Instagram, YouTube shorts, Podcast (buzzsprout) , Tik Tok

Support for the growth of social networks.

Support for the creation of systems and processes for the marketing area.

Marketing email scheduling (podcast epidsodes and other weekly emails going out

Support in general activities of the company.
The willingness to learn new strategies, tools etc to help you thrive in this role

Languages:
English: Intermediate Level. You feel comfortable reading and listening to content in English.

You have a good command of the Windows and/or Apple operating system, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). You handle yourself well within Gmail, Google doc, Google sheets and Dropbox

You know and know how to use platforms like Canva, buzz-sprout, Email marketing systems and Photoshop. You know a little about graphic design. (It is not a requirement to know, but it is necessary to be willing to learn).

Additional requirements:
Have your own computer and a good and fast Internet/WiFi connection.
Independent contract.
