Do you have social media experience and love fashion?
We’re looking for a VA who can manage the daily operations of our social accounts and our e-learning website, plus do some content creation on the side!
We’re a textile design studio with an educational arm, so there is a lot of variety in this role — no two days are the same!
THE STUDIO
The studio is on the leading edge of fashion and design, and our social media content reflects that! We’ll need some support with content creation and caption writing. You will put your creativity to use here!
THE SCHOOL
At the school we are raising the next generation of textile designers. The core of the role is in customer service, helping students with any basic tech support they might need, creating invoices as requested and sending out their completion certificates.
THE JOB IN MORE DETAIL:
SOCIAL MEDIA (60%)
Scheduling/ posting manually where required
Content creation support
Caption writing support
Community engagement
Updating LinkTree links
Fortnightly social media reporting
IG/FB lives set up
Webinar tech set up/monitoring. Format and upload to the streaming site
Monitor and capture testimonials
Create and draw competitions
Update FB banner
ONLINE SALES ADMIN (20%)
Data entry
invoice creation
customer tech support
WEBSITE UPDATES (20%)
We use the Kajabi platform but experience is not required
Change website banner
Test payment functions
Update price changes
Add new sales pages to the menu/home page navigation
Required:
Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktoc, LinkedIn experience (mid-level)
