Social Media and UGC Manager

Position: Social Media Manager (UGC & Video Focus)
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to bolster brand awareness, engagement, and growth across diverse platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.

UGC Outreach: Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to stimulate UGC creation and amplify RawChemistry’s digital footprint.

Video Editing: Create compelling and visually stunning video content that aligns with our brand identity, including product demos, tutorials, and promotional videos.

Content Calendar Management: Curate and manage RawChemistry’s social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and content alignment with our brand values.

Community Engagement: Actively monitor, engage with, and respond to user-generated content, comments, and messages across social media platforms to maintain a vibrant and positive online community.

Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms to ensure RawChemistry remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong preference for candidates who have expertise in video editing.
A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in video editing software/tools.
Creativity and a knack for out-of-the-box thinking.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
