We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated virtual assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in web design, social media management, and lead generation. This role requires a proactive individual who can take initiative, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress or similar platforms.
Update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor social media analytics and report on key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain lead databases and track progress through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot issues, and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

Proven experience in web design and development, with proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Demonstrated expertise in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
Knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies, with a track record of driving results.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
