Job Description: The Social Media and Website Manager will be in charge of strengthening our digital footprint by not only curating our social media strategy but also maintaining and optimizing our website. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure our online presence mirrors our brand identity and propels business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Design, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube) to boost brand awareness and enhance sales.
2. Content Creation: Conceptualize, develop, and share engaging content (text, images, videos, news) daily that resonates with our audience and prompts them to engage with our brand.
3. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries promptly, and monitor customer reviews to foster a positive brand image.
4. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of our website, ensuring it is fully functional, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
5. Web Content Update: Regularly update the website’s content to reflect current offerings, promotions, and news.
6. Analytics and SEO: Track, analyze, and report on social media and website performance metrics, utilizing this data to optimize future strategies. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and SEO best practices is essential.
Influencer Outreach: Connect with relevant influencers, manage ongoing collaborations, and strategize new partnerships to broaden our brand reach.
7. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, web usability best practices, and industry tools to ensure our brand stays competitive.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and website management.
Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and website analytics tools.
Excellent multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Strong copywriting, content creation, editing skills, and a keen eye for design.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and inbound marketing.
Proactive, creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.
