Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a (Real Estate) Property Social Media Manager, Video & Content Creator, and Website Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for curating engaging content, creating compelling property videos, and maintaining our online presence within the real estate and property sector. Your focus will be on not only managing our website and overseeing our social media platforms but also generating leads and increasing our following to boost our reach and impact within the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies for various platforms, with a focus on Facebook, to promote real estate listings.
Create and curate engaging content that showcases properties and aligns with our brand and objectives.
Schedule and monitor posts to maximise engagement and reach within the real estate market.
Work on strategies to increase our social media following and engagement with potential clients.
Video and Content Creation:
Produce high-quality property videos and virtual tours for promotional and informational purposes.
Craft written content, including property descriptions, blog posts, articles, and social media captions.
Edit and enhance multimedia content to maintain a consistent and professional appearance.
Use content to generate leads and drive potential clients to explore our property listings.
Website Management:
Maintain and update our real estate website, ensuring property listings are up to date and visually appealing.
Optimise property descriptions and content for search engines (SEO) to enhance property visibility.
Implement strategies to convert website visitors into potential leads.
Paid Advertising:
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns, especially on Facebook, to increase property visibility and engagement.
Monitor the performance of paid property ads, making data-driven adjustments for improved results.
Utilise paid advertising to generate leads and attract potential buyers and sellers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
Proficiency in using website management tools, especially Wix or similar platforms.
Proficient in video editing software and content creation tools.
Strong knowledge and experience in the real estate and property sector.
Ability to think creatively and generate engaging property content.
Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation for real estate listings.
Data-driven and analytical mindset to evaluate and improve online marketing efforts.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
