Grab the opportunity to work as a Social Media Assistant for a successful Real Estate Investor based in the US. If you love editing podcasts to repurpose as stories or reels, producing creatives and marketing collaterals for social media campaigns, managing different social media platforms, strategizing social media contents and calendars, optimising campaigns using SEO strategies, and supporting your client in growing their audience to attract more investors, then this is the role for YOU!

???? RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify and edit podcasts to create short-form videos that align with brand guidelines and quality standards for
social media channels, while also repurposing other videos for optimal platform use
* Brainstorm and generate ideas for social media content based on company values
* Write high-quality and engaging blog posts that align with brand tone and voice
* Create short-form videos or “shorts” for social media platforms
* Develop a social media calendar that aligns with company’s marketing strategy and schedule content using social
media management tools
* Analyze social media campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
* Use search engine optimization (SEO) best practices when creating content to increase the visibility and reach of
social media posts
* Create a social media strategy to attract investors and communicate with them through social media channels
* Collaborate with the team to create content that showcases brand values and appeals to investors
* Engage with potential investors on social media and respond to inquiries

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry in the USA
* Proven track record of creating and editing engaging videos and podcasts, developing content plans, and managing
brands
* Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn,
and other platforms through effective content creation and brand visibility strategies
* Solid working knowledge of all major social media platforms and their features
* Ability to identify, analyze, and track relevant metrics to improve social media performance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and
persuasively
* Passionate about real estate and committed to the values of people, planet, and profit
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
