Lunar Growth Management is looking for social media assistants that have prior social media knowledge and customer service skills.
You will be responsible for talking to our clients fans and converting them into customers. You will talking directly to fans on behalf of our clients and therefore a high degree of professionalism and English fluency (typing) is required.
The ideal social media assistant will suit someone who enjoys talking to other people, who can communicate to people from the United States effectively, and is up to date with the latest US trends.
Requirements:
– Social media assistant or customer-service based role experience.
– Access to a personal computer and Wi-Fi.
– A mobile phone that can access social media apps (Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter)
– English Fluency
– Fast typing on mobile devices, this role will involve talking to multiple customers at once and it is essential that you are able to deal with a fast-paced workload.
– Strong communication skills. You must be able to talk to clients in a friendly manner and be able to offer our client’s services to customers effectively.
– Flexible and adaptable working style. As no two customers are the same, you must be able to adapt your approach to be able to service the customer in the correct way.
