Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated, organized candidate to join the in-house Social Media and Creative team! Our ideal candidate will be someone who loves all things social media, spends a lot of time on social platforms and understands how to use them on a daily basis.
This position will start out as part-time, with an opportunity to move to full-time within 90 days of starting.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Social Media Director to create social media content that aligns with our client’s marketing objectives, manage each client’s content calendars, write captions, and monitor each account’s social media channels on a daily basis. Ultimately, the Social Media Manager should be able to combine creativity and analytical thinking, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about all things social media!

Responsibilities
-Collaborating with the Social Media Director in creating social media content for our clients that align with their marketing strategies
-Develop and maintain social media calendar for primary social channels including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, as well as any other social channels that may be added to the strategy
-Draft content and publish to all social channels per the content calendar
-Oversee the creation of graphics and visual content for each client’s social media accounts (including but not limited to: images, carousels, GIFs, video content, and Reels)
-Define KPIs and develop monthly reports that show performance by channel
-Use analytics to boost engagement on all digital platforms, and use metrics to measure success, shifting strategy when necessary
-Benchmark and monitor competitors and industry leaders in social media to apply best practices
-Stay aware of new social media and content trends and continue optimizing marketing approaches
-Prepare presentations/reports as needed
-Any other social media related duties as they emerge
Skills & Qualifications
-Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex information accurately and concisely in an understandable manner
-Self-motivated, problem-solver with ability to develop alternative solutions
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Requirements
-At least two years of experience working in a social media marketing role
-Experience creating and executing social media campaigns across various channels
-A collaborative attitude and ability to work across departments to align campaign messaging and assets creation using content creation tools like Canva
-A deep understanding of best practices across the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
-Thorough knowledge of social metrics with the ability to measure, analyze, and evaluate content performance on social media platforms for continuous enhancement
-Demonstrated proactive project management skills, ability to juggle short-term and long-term tasks/responsibilities on deadline
-Ability to create Reels/TikTok content using assets within our client’s Image Library is a plus!
