Responsibilities: 
– Engagement across all social channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat).
– Promptly and constantly responding to comments across all social media channels which includes liking & replying to relevant comments.
– Cleaning up the comments section by deleting unnecessary, rude, and spam comments from our organic posts across all social media channels.
– Going through all tagged Instagram UGC to ensure that we’re engaging & acknowledging our followers’ posts.
– Answering all DMs promptly and with correct information and brand voice.
– Moderating UGC via Stamped which includes product tagging and approval & decline of content in accordance with the brand’s guidelines.
– Posting IG story slides.
– Sending influencer packages.
– Research & contribution to content inspiration based on the brand’s guidelines and emerging trends.
– Contributing to influencer discovery.

Requirements:
– 1+ years of experience in social media marketing
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to understand and recreate the brand voice
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Motivated to gain full knowledge of our product catalog
– Multi-task-oriented/detailed

Nice to Haves:
– Basic video editing skills via Premiere and/or InShot / CapC.

Preferred Working Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm PST.
