**Role Overview:**
As our Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for crafting and sharing inspiring content that reflects our company’s values and culture. You will work closely with our HR team to develop engaging posts that highlight what makes us a great place to work, where you want to buy the latest product and our sustainability initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
– Create engaging and inspiring content that aligns with our values of fun, respect, empowerment, and forward-thinking.
– Highlight company culture, vacancies, benefits, meet-the-team features, day-in-the-life posts, sustainability initiatives, and company news. (These are just some examples)
– Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community.
– Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather content and insights for posts.
– Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to stay current and relevant.
– Track and analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
– Creativity and a passion for storytelling through social media.
– Understanding of different social media platforms and what content works best on each.
– Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
– Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
– Excellent communication, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
