Role Overview:
As a Producer’s Assistant for our podcast, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our content, managing guest bookings, creating engaging social media content, and assisting in overall show improvement. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for intriguing podcast segments, and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
Guest Management:
Identify and reach out to potential guests that align with the themes and interests of our podcast.
Assist in coordinating guest schedules, managing communications, and facilitating the booking process.
Content Enhancement and Social Media:
Identify key podcast segments suitable for creating engaging social media content.
Craft and schedule social media posts across platforms to increase audience engagement and reach.
Segment Ideas and Support:
Collaborate with the producer to brainstorm and develop interesting interview questions or discussion segments.
Assist in conducting research to ensure high-quality and relevant podcast content.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the producer, including calendar management and organizing show files.
Requirements:
-Demonstrated experience in guest outreach, podcasting, or a related field within the media industry.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines effectively.
