Social Media Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team full-time. The primary focus of this role is to engage with our audience on Facebook and Instagram, generate leads, and support our overall social media efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social media, skilled in communication, and proficient in Canva design.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Audience:

Communicate with followers and potential leads on Facebook and Instagram.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Engage with everyone who likes our posts to build relationships and gather contact information (phone numbers) for follow-up calls.
Lead Generation:

Identify and interact with potential leads through social media platforms.
Collect and document contact information from interested individuals for the sales team.
Maintain a detailed log of interactions and leads generated.
Content Creation and Design:

Assist in creating visually appealing social media graphics using Canva.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.
Ensure all designs and content are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines.
Support Social Media Strategy:

Assist in implementing social media campaigns and strategies.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
Help manage and schedule posts across social media platforms.
Contribute to growing our social media channels by increasing followers and engagement rates.
Administrative Support:

Provide general assistance to the social media team as needed.
Help with organizing and planning content calendars.
Assist in tracking and reporting on social media metrics and performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Canva design tool.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
