We are looking for a highly creative, independent, and strategic Social Media Assistant for a Social Media Company based in the UK. ???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage multiple social media platforms.
* Responsible for content planning, creating valuable content, and posting them to social media platforms on a regular base (daily).
* Create and repurpose graphics, captions, and use hashtags to maximize visual impact and engagement on posts.
* Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
* Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
* Responding to comments and messages on each of client accounts.
* Maximize SEO on content creation to widen reach and visibility
* Report on social media performance and engagement results and use data to optimize social media posts
* All administrative tasks that are required by the CEO such as but not limited to design, creating reports, managing social media files, and tracking metrics.

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years of experience working as a Social Media Support in an agency or a similar role
* Proven experience in handling multiple social media accounts and solid working knowledge of all key social media platforms
* Proven experience in content planning, content creation, caption writing, social media management & engagement, and graphic design
* Fluent in all aspects of social media platforms
* Knowledgeable in Canva and other graphic design tools
* Ability to tag, identify, report and track, and read metrics
* Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, creative, and organized
* Commercially minded and strategic in approach
* Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining the order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
