Social Media Assistant

We are looking to immediately hire a freelance designer and content creator to work on social media. This includes resizing, enhancing, cropping and watermarking images for our website and social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), creating marketing graphics and in email communication with customers, editing video and blog and social media content creation. You must have current Photoshop or Photoshop Elements experience and working knowledge of Canva, Dropbox and Google. Fluent English reading, writing and speaking skills are mandatory.

Main Job Requirements
Create marketing assets to use in social media and website
Schedule posts using a Marketing Calendar in Excel
Canva and/or social media scheduling software
Social media and blog content creation
Video editing
Research skills

Required Skills
Fluency in English writing, reading and speaking
Above average Photoshop (Or Photoshop Elements) skills
Working knowledge of Canva application as well as Dropbox and Google
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Experience posting to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

Job Expectations
This is a work from home position with flexible hours. All hardware, software and internet requirements are the responsibility of the contractor. Together, we will determine expected response times for communicating.

Education and Experience
2+ years in graphic design
Proficient computer skills required
Familiarity with office software

Compensation and Expectations
Hours – Initial trial period 20-25 hrs per week, increasing to 30-40 hrs per week
Salary – Commensurate based on experience.
Requirements – Must have reliable, high speed internet and computer with appropriate software/applications and will need to communicate daily through email
Background Check – candidates will need to provide NBI Clearance
