MUST HAVES:
– Repurposing and optimising content for various social channels e.g. TikTok,
YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.
– To be responsible for the planning and coordination of our Instagram Stories
each day e.g. making sure all feed content has been reposted, having a plan
of how we are engaging with our audience each day, posting this or that’s,
coordinating with our community and micro influencers.
– Ability to communicate with our community, micro influencers regarding prize
winners and creating content
– Uploading content specifically for our digital agency to boost on Facebook
– Monitoring, responding, and engaging with our Facebook VIP group –
member requests, answering questions and engaging community.
– Community Engagement: responding to comments and tagged videos on
YouTube, as well as any other social channels where comments have been
missed.
– A love and great understanding for social media. Be up-to-date with social
media trends, and has a good eye for aesthetic and detail. Able to send
through quality inspiration in line with the Tropeaka brand.
– Updating FourSixty each day for Instagram shopping
– Great understanding of English, spelling, grammar, and communication skills
– Excellent time and task management skills, able to deliver content within
required deadlines.
GOOD TO HAVE:
– Ability to film and edit organic and paid content at a high quality e.g. filming
recipe content, or occasional ad content
– Have the ability to edit ads and content that is engaging and scroll-stopping
– Able to think strategically about content, social growth, community
engagement
– Experience with Adobe products is a bonus
