**Position: Virtual Social Media Assistant**

**Role and Responsibilities:**
As our Virtual Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence while also assisting with various personal tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
– Reviewing and compiling comments on our content videos.
– Scheduling premade videos for posting across social media platforms.
– Coordinating with video editors to ensure timely content submissions.
– Managing our content calendar and scheduling social media posts.
– Assisting in managing our personal schedule and coordinating appointments.
– Acting as a liaison, communicating with third parties on our behalf.
– Handling email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and arranging Zoom calls/meetings.
– Conducting research related to travel, accommodations, transportation, and more.
**Requirements:**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management and personal assistance.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms for content scheduling and engagement.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Flexibility to accommodate potential changes in working hours due to travel.
– Comfortable working in the Pacific Time Zone (PST). Proposed work hours are 10 am – 7 pm PST, subject to potential fluctuation.
**Compensation:**
During the initial 2-week trial period, selected candidates will be compensated at a rate of $2.00 per hour. Following the trial period, the most successful candidate will be offered the permanent role with a pay increase to $3.00 per hour with opportunities for growth over time.
