???? RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create visually appealing and engaging social media content using tools like Canva, ensuring that it aligns with the
clients’ brand guidelines and objectives
* Schedule and publish content on various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram. This includes planning the content calendar and implementing strategic scheduling
* Assist in email marketing campaigns, utilizing effective strategies to engage and grow the client’s audience
* Develop and maintain templates for social media posts, ensuring consistency and efficiency in content creation
* Utilize Instagram Stories effectively to promote client’s products/services and engage with the audience
* Understand clients’ goals and develop social media strategies to achieve them
* Monitor social media platforms for engagement, comments, and messages, promptly responding and managing any customer inquiries or concerns
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing them to enhance clients’ social media presence
* Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Account Manager and clients
* As the role progresses, take on more responsibility as an Account Manager for clients, overseeing their social media
strategies and campaigns
* Collaborate with the team and contribute innovative ideas to improve social media performance and drive results

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 2 years of experience as a social media assistant or similar role, preferably in a social media agency setting
* Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating visually appealing social media conten.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, particularly Instagram
* Proven experience in content planning, scheduling tools, email marketing campaigns and understanding of best
practices
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on social media metrics
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
