Our successful paper crafting business is looking to immediately hire a freelance designer to assist in the development and maintenance of a strong media presence.
You will possess a keen eye for colour, have demonstrated Photoshop, Canva, video editing and graphics design skills as well as proven experience in social media channels. Strong English skills are mandatory.
Main Job Requirements
• Edit raw images and videos for website and social media channels
• Create variety of marketing assets for use in social media and website (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
* Develop and execute social media marketing calendar
• Schedule posts utilizing Canva, Facebook and other scheduling applications
• Research and analytical skills
Required Skillset
• Self-starter, quick learner and independent thinker
• Above average Photoshop and video editing skills
• Prior experience of Canva application as well as Dropbox, Google, WordPress and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated aptitude for social media engagement when posting to channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
* Above average English speaking and writing ability

Job Expectations
This is a part-time work-from-home position with flexible hours. All hardware, software and internet requirements are the responsibility of the contractor.
Education and Experience
2+ years in social media marketing, Photoshop, video editing and content creation
Proficient computer skills required
Familiarity with office software
Compensation and Expectations
Hours – Initial trial period 15 hrs per week, increasing to 20-30 hrs per week after successful completion of trial period
Salary – $3-$5 US per hour
Requirements – Must have reliable, highspeed internet and computer with appropriate software/applications and will need to communicate progress daily through email
Background Check – candidates will need to provide NBI Clearance
