We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team.

Quantum is a new type of company that has combined technology and expertise to allow Construction Subcontractors to get access to top-level contractual expertise at an affordable price point.

This is a long-term opportunity with our rapidly expanding company, offering opportunities for quick advancement for top performers.

While this is advertised as a “remote” or a “work from home” role. We need to be clear that we consider the role as a traditional “office role”, except you happen to be able to work from your home.

We offer flexibility in the role but if you are looking for a work-from-home role where you can go missing for parts of the day unannounced or work an additional job during your work hours, this role is not for you.

The Problem Your Role Is Solving for Our Business

Increasing production quality of videos and podcasts.
Bringing new expertise regarding expertise into the business.
Freeing up the marketing manager’s time to focus on increasing audience and leads.
Be able to routinely produce content according to the company upload cadence.

Expectations of the Role

Create long-form video three times a week.
Create short-form videos as assigned by the supervisor.
Develop podcast content three times a week.
Foster a strong relationship with the Social Media Manager to enhance workflow.
Collaborate on ideas to enhance the organization’s social media presence.
Produce quality marketing collateral for the company.
Guarantee high-quality content is created and published on all platforms.
Ensure that the video meets Alex Hormozi’s style standard for quality.
Ensure that the podcast meets the required level of excellence.
Ensure that we are reaching our target audience on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

Edit videos and graphics as assigned by supervisors and meet the deadline for submission.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content planning, publishing and scheduling.
Effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain organization.
Work autonomously with limited supervision.
Attend team meetings and provide reports to the Social Media Manager.

Subscribers/Followers are increasing at a faster rate than baseline.
Number or watch time and listen time is increasing from baseline.
Quick communication on our internal communications system, Slack.
Suggest or implement social media strategies to increase engagement and improve audience growth.
Successfully complete the probationary period by efficiently completing tasks, meeting deadlines, and enhancing the quality of video content.

Continuously upskill as necessary.
Take a proactive approach.
