Job Description:

As a Social Media Assistant at In Master Esthetics, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media channels, ensuring our EMR system operates without a hitch, and keeping our Squarespace website visually appealing and up to date. This multifaceted role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook.).
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.

EMR System Troubleshooting:
Provide first-line support for any issues related to the EMR system.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Liaise with the EMR system provider for any advanced issues.
Train staff on the effective use of the EMR system as needed.

Squarespace Website Updates:
Update and maintain website content, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Make visual enhancements to the website to improve user experience (no coding required).
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement website changes that align with our branding and marketing strategies.
Regularly review website analytics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management.
Familiarity with EMR systems and basic troubleshooting.
Experience with Squarespace or similar website platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics is a plus.
