Job Description:
BetterLife is seeking a motivated and organized Social Media Associate to join our team. As a Social Media Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for scheduling content, engaging with our audience, analyzing data, and contributing to the creative direction of our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling: Schedule content across multiple social media platforms according to a specific schedule, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
Audience Engagement: Interact with followers through comments, direct messages, and other forms of engagement, fostering a sense of community and connection.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze data related to each piece of content, including engagement metrics, reach, and audience demographics, to optimize future content strategies.
Caption Writing: Write compelling captions for social media posts that capture attention, drive engagement, and convey our brand message effectively.
Meeting Participation: Attend and contribute to meetings to discuss social media strategy, content planning, and performance analysis.
Editing Skills: Provide light video and graphic editing support as needed, ensuring that all content meets our quality standards and aligns with our brand identity.
Qualifications:
Social Media Experience: Previous experience in social media management is essential, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics effectively.
Work Hours: Must be available to work USA hours, specifically in the Pacific Time Zone, to facilitate real-time engagement with our audience.
Language Skills: Expert-level English required
Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of video and graphic design principles, with the ability to create visually appealing content.
Strong Internet: Must have strong and reliable internet, with a very specific and reliable backup strategy.
Device Requirements: Must have sufficient hardware needed to complete the job, including an up-to-date computer and smart phone.
