Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Social Media Brand Digital Marketing Strategist & Creative Content Creator for a certified women & disabled-veteran owned brand Fundraiser Blankets.
This should be a resourceful, highly motivated, independent working, creative individual with experience telling brand stories, NOT someone that just creates canva graphics.

Lots of room for growth, pay review in 3 months.
Pay: 40 hours a week, FULL TIME, Monday to Friday, working on EST USA time zone
Work Remotely: YES!

Candidate MUST have experience in:

***Experienced Social: How have you helped brands share their story online?
***Content Creation: High quality content creation, NOT Canva graphics. You would be using our content to create viral reels and other social content using popular trending templates via TikTok, Facebook, Instagram.
***Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute tailored social media plans for Birdy Boutique and Fundraiser Blankets to achieve their specific goals and reach their unique target audiences.
***Profile Optimization: Maintain up-to-date and complete social media profiles, including descriptions, visuals, and contact information.
***Content Creation: Create engaging content for all social platforms, encompassing text, images, and videos.
***Competitor Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
***Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads through social media channels.
***Brand Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on brand mentions and industry discussions, adjusting the content strategy accordingly.
***Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall company strategies.
***Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media accounts.
***Engagement and Interaction: Professionally and promptly respond to comments and messages, ensuring a positive online reputation.
***Community Management: Nurture a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers and connecting with relevant professionals in the field.
***Content Calendar: Keep an organized posting schedule aligned with company events and promotions.
***Content Strategy: Craft compelling content plans, including themes, posting schedules, and audience targeting, to ensure engaging and valuable content.
***Marketing Mass Email: Help create a monthly mass marketing email that is engaging
***Email Management: Strong skills in email organization, communication, and prioritization.
***Excellent English Speaking and Written Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Capable of conducting conversations via socials with professionalism and courtesy.
***Google Docs/Spreadsheets: Advanced proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheets. Experience in creating and maintaining organized documentation.
