Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Social Media Buyer with a specialization in Facebook advertising to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our Facebook ad campaigns to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize and scale ad strategies.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create tailored ad content.
Monitor ad budgets, adjust bids, and manage ad spends to ensure maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Test and evaluate new strategies, ad formats, and tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Candidates must show a track record of proper documentation, understand the importance of documentation and constantly document processes. This is more important to us than years of experience.
Proven experience as a Social Media Buyer, specifically with Facebook advertising.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Excellent knowledge of market research techniques and audience targeting.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad content.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
