Job Description

We’re seeking a FULL TIME Social Media Co-ordinator to work remotely for our business.

We’re offering up to 45,000php per month for this role depending on the quality of candidate… we’re looking for the best of the best.

We’re seeking someone who’s able to work from 9am – 5pm AEST (7am-3pm PH Time) Monday – Friday.

We’re expanding the team to increase our capacity for new clients and are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Coordinator (or two) to join us and help manage our clients’ social accounts.

About You:

As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you will be a social wizard who lives and breathes social media. You’ll have an eye for quality content & design with experience conceptualising new & interesting post ideas across a range of industries. You’ll spend your time generating content, copywriting and managing the social communities for our clients while applying your creative flair to produce meaningful results.

What will your day look like?

– Social content generation and copywriting for on-page posts.
– Content Calendar creation & Scheduling into our Scheduling System (Agora Pulse).
– Community management on managed accounts.
– Analysing outcomes and optimising future efforts to improve results.
– Liaising with Account Managers around client requirements & outcomes.

We would love you to have:

– 5+ years Social Media Marketing experience.
– A track record of incredible social content (a portfolio of past work would be an advantage).
– Perfect Written English
– Graphic Design Skills (Canva or Photoshop)
– Strong Marketing Understanding
– Solid Understanding of Western Culture & Language
– Exceptional Time Management & Attention to Detail
– Well Organised
– Exceptional Time Management & Attention to Detail

– Proactive team member who looks for opportunities for improvement.

Added bonus criteria:

– A strong understanding of video (TikTok, Reels, Stories).
– Content writing (blogs, EDMs) experience.

Experience in video editing (for TikTok / Reels) is a major advantage.
