Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media management and a keen eye for engaging content creation. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing media management, scheduling content across various platforms, and engaging with our audience to foster a vibrant online community.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Management/Scheduling (4 hours/day, 5 days/week):

Organize and categorize video footage, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Review completed video drafts and provide feedback to editors for necessary revisions.
Schedule and post content on TikTok and Instagram, crafting captions, titles, and hashtags.
Seek approvals from management on scheduled content before posting.
Coordinate with team members to outline the tools and procedures necessary for efficient social media management.
Instagram Management:

Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs) on Teo’s Instagram account, directing inquiries appropriately.
Engage with followers by thanking them for their support and seeking feedback on the page.
Post daily quotes and engaging topics on Teo’s Instagram Story, ensuring content is visually appealing and thought-provoking.
Conduct follower outreach and interaction, following specific guidelines for engagement.
TikTok Management:

Manage DMs and reply to comments as necessary, maintaining a responsive and engaging presence.
Schedule TikTok posts for optimal engagement, subject to verification by Teo.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Benefits:

Hourly rate: $5.00/hour
