Job Summary: We are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic, and savvy social media expert who will manage and grow our Facebook Page and Group followed by YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok channels.

You will create compelling and engaging posts (video and graphic) with captions or hashtags to engage and build a vibrant and highly engaging community.

You will connect with our audience as a spokesperson and handle comments, DMS, inquiries, and proposals.

Objective:

Increase followers, engagement, interaction, and brand awareness.
Create viral quotes, high-value, digital marketing & and problem-to-solution content that explodes comments, likes, and shares.
Foster a vibrant community, participate, and develop relationships.
Develop and nurture relationships with followers and turn them into paying clients as an appointment setter and sales closer.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, create, and execute a content strategy for visibility, awareness, and engagement.
Craft and post daily engaging content, analyze performance, and refine strategies for improvement.
Create and manage the social media content calendar, planning, and scheduling.
Liaise with the marketing and development team to facilitate new feature releases, product updates, and special announcements through engaging social campaigns.
Respond daily to comments and customer inquiries.
Use gamification techniques to increase interactivity and maintain a fun, engaging brand presence.
Create a reward/award system to drive community collaboration.
Optimizing social media management processes aligned with business objectives.
Analysing data & insights with recommendations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with Facebook and other social channels.
A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic content creation and community engagement.
Strong content creation skills (graphics and video) for developing engaging copy and visuals for campaigns.
Enthusiastic about digital marketing with in-depth knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent project and time management skills.
A proactive problem solver with high attention to detail.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and adapt tactics.
Deep understanding of the ever-evolving social media landscape and leveraged it to deliver tangible results.
Appointment setting and sales closing are preferable but not essential.
