What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Ready to get to work? As a Customer Champion in our Marketing Team, you’ll own & execute a variety of customer-driven activities that contribute to our continued success.

Be the first point of contact for customers to help them celebrate & organise their new purchases
Assist customers with how to use their new products & help them get the most out of the many features and benefits!
Communicate all information to customers using a multitude of different methods including: phone, email & SMS Most importantly the social Media Platforms.
Update the delivery process as it moves through the system, ensuring that the customer gets the most accurate & up to date information.
Contribute to our welcoming & fun team culture by participating in regular team activities

What it Takes

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals with a deep understanding of our amazing products and the customers we serve.

Experience in a Customer Service contact centre environment advantageous
Come from a logistics background? Ever better!
Results driven and demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding KPI’s
Exceptional phone manner with a proactive service approach
Competent and confident to handle outbound and inbound calls
Ability to pick up processes quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle challenging customers and situations in a calm and confident manner
Accurate data entry and sound administrative skills
