***The Opportunity***
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager with expertise in Web3, DeFi, L1/L2, RWA etc. to join our fast growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for copywriting, creating short-form content for social media, managing social media engagement, coordinating cross-promotional campaigns, and producing content while actively interacting with the community. We are aiming to build a team for the future and to scale, so management skills to steer and guide a team to improve their individual performance must make you excited at least.

***Key Responsibilities***
– Copywriting for social media (X, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn), short and long-form content, email campaigns, website copy, presentations, video scripts etc.
– Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding, understand how to use GTM strategies and execute.
– Manage the content calendar and the approval process to ensure timely and relevant content is being created and shared.
– Ensure there is a sufficient amount of content being published according to the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and in consultation with the client.
– Ensure posting and scheduling of content across all community channels.
– Provide a monthly report based on data, findings, and community feedback, and present this together with an improvement plan to the client for review and discussion.
– Analyze the results of our campaigns to identify areas of improvement and to make sure that we are meeting our goals.
– Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among community members
– Monitor and respond to community feedback, comments, and inquiries on these platforms.
– Plan and execute online community events, to enhance community interaction
– Analyze community data and feedback from X, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn to provide insights to the Client for continuous improvement.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community management for these specific channels and implement these.

***Must have skills and attributes***
– Min. 2 years in Web3 as Social Media & Community Manager or similar role
– Strong knowledge in of finacial sector, DeFi, RWA tokenizations, blockchain and trading
– Successful track record with creating content and managing Social Media chanells;
– Strong understanding of the current trends in digital marketing and social media, and the ability to create content that resonates with each platform’s audience
– Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail
– Experience with social media analytics and reporting
– Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
– A creative and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
– Someone who’s able to thrive in a multi-task environment, while maintaining focus and attention to detail;

***The following experience is not required, but great to have:***
– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or a related field is preferred but not required
– Basic design skills *(*Figma)
– Basic Video editing skills
– Second language (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
