Get ready to manage those DMs, engage with influencers, and add your unique touch to the Overtone vibe. Here’s the scoop:

Responsibilities:
Dive into DMs:
Dive into our direct messages, respond to the messages, and make sure our community feels heard, valued, and excited. Craft quick, engaging, and professional responses to inquiries, comments, and feedback. Be the go-to expert in solving customer issues and knowing when to call in reinforcements for those trickier challenges.

Influence the Influencers:
Be on the lookout for the trendsetters, influencers, and trend-lovers who align with the Overtone spirit. Send out those DMs, spark up conversations, and collaborate with influencers to let the world know why Overtone is the ultimate trendsetter.

Stay in the Content Groove:
Keep an eagle eye on user-generated content – the mentions, tags, and comments. Don’t be shy to double-tap, share, or leave a cool comment on those on-brand posts. It’s all about sharing the love.

Build the Community Vibe:
Be the life of the Overtone party by sparking conversations, discussions, and user-generated content. Keep your creative juices flowing and organize user-generated content campaigns, contests, or challenges to keep the party alive.

Feedback Expedition:
Gather all those precious user insights, suggestions, and thoughts to help us refine our products and marketing strategies. Be the bridge that connects our community’s voice with our internal teams.

Rise Above Crises:
We know not every day is sunshine and rainbows. Keep an eye out for potential PR storms.
Help manage and navigate through any bumps in the road, keeping our community experience as smooth as possible.

Data Detective:
Don’t just interact; analyze! Keep tabs on key performance metrics, like response times, engagement rates, and our growing community. Share insights and fresh ideas with the team to keep our community engagement game strong.

Qualifications:
Your communication skills are off the charts.
Social media platforms? You’re the master.
You live and breathe social media etiquette and best practices.
Your written communication is professional, yet as cool as a trendsetter.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution are second nature to you.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and community management tools? Bonus points!

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (preferred).
Past gigs in social media management or community management will give you a head start.
A genuine passion for beauty and hair color (the Overtone brand, its products, and its place in the world are important to us!). Flexibility is your middle name, including evenings and weekends when the community needs you.
