Job Description

We partner with our clients from start to finish, focusing on their needs while producing new ideas, developing effective strategies and designing high quality and scalable solutions. We are looking to bring on board a creative & savy Social Media Content Creator & Ads Manager Accountable for the development and successful execution of social media content creation.

(A).
Learning about Client’s Business & Proposal Outline
• Positive, upbeat, and pleasant attitude when onboarding Eula Blue clients
• Enthusiastic when learning about clients’ goals for Social Media Content & Ads Management
• Creating compelling, creative, and successful Social Media strategy catering to the needs & wants of the client
• Presenting the social media proposal via PowerPoint Deck and/or Prezi

(B).
Client Content Creation, Management & Posting
• Create social content that drives social buzz sentiment, engagement, mentions, and impressions
• Develop creative concepts and themes
• Animation and motion graphics
• Stop motion
• Image selection from internal and stock library
• Develop content that can tell stories and leads to increased CTA
• Manage content positing and automation of posts including week and/or month in advance social media calendar
• Create social content that drives social buzz sentiment, engagement, mentions, and impressions
• Innovate and inspire through best-in-class social storytelling and publishing
• Spearhead individual platform strategies to ensure all social output is strategic, data-informed and best-in-class
• Actively lead the ideation phase of campaign brainstorming, ensuring that the best big ideas bubble up, with social and patients in mind

(C )
Social Media Ads Creation
• Set-up, launch, monitor and optimize ad campaigns across digital media platforms
• Testing and analysis of campaigns to determine optimal targeting and creative strategies
• Daily reporting and monitoring to ensure campaigns are hitting targets
• Creative thinking to develop the most effective campaigns for client’s goals and budget

Ideal candidate for this Role, will have the following:
• Have 4-6+ years of direct experience owning social media management
• Ideal 2-3+ years of experience creating digital content
• Be an overall expert in Social Media Ads, features, and tools and knowledge of best practices
• Understanding of how paid social impacts full funnel marketing strategies
• Keep up on industry trends and proactively get ahead of them for our clients
• Be exceptionally detail-oriented and have excellent project management skills
• Have strong experience speaking directly with clients and preparing client-facing deliverables
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous agency experience strongly preferred
