Social Media Content Agency/Manager for Drip Tours

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Content Agency/Manager to join our team at Drip Tours, a dynamic new business in the travel and tourism industry. As our Social Media Content Agency/Manager and partner, you will be responsible for developing engaging content and executing effective marketing strategies across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create compelling and shareable content that aligns with Drip Tours’ brand and resonates with our target audience.
2. Manage and update our social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
3. Develop and implement a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.
4. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement.
5. Collaborate with our internal marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
6. Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering positive engagement with our audience.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Content Agency/Manager or similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Creativity and ability to think outside the box to generate innovative content ideas.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
6. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
