Position: Social Media Content Assistant
Working hours: M-F, Flexible. Weekly meeting required, preferably in the early mornings, AST timezone.
Hours: approximately 15 hours per week
Compensation: $230/mo
About Us:
We are a prominent luxury real estate brokerage based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, specializing in providing exceptional properties and services to our esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities:
Manage a total of 7 social media accounts, including our main account and side accounts.
Create, curate, and schedule approximately 3 high-quality posts per day, maintaining a consistent brand image and voice.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design captivating graphics that align with our luxury brand image.
Monitor and engage with the online community to foster positive interactions and respond to inquiries promptly.
Analyze and report on the performance of posts, utilizing insights to refine our social media strategy.
Compose 2-3 engaging and brand-aligned email communications each week, including content creation, design, segmentation, scheduling, performance tracking, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design captivating graphics and copy that align with our luxury brand image.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management
In-depth understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and their respective best practices.
Proficient in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including graphic design skills or experience with relevant tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Strong writing and editing skills to craft compelling and concise social media copy, captions, and posts.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and campaigns. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Understanding of social media advertising and experience in running paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales teams.
