We are looking for a Social Media / Content Writer to join our team with impeccable American English writing skills to join our team!
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for performance cars, racing, or the automotive industry, have deep experience managing content calendars, contests and engagement campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, and create compelling newsletters that both educate and sell.
Candidates should be able to take direction and critical feedback well, and have exceptional attention to detail. You will have a great, positive attitude, the willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Have a strong knowledge of organic social strategy and managing social campaigns, including creating campaign goals, developing an organic and paid social media strategy, testing, analysis, and reporting on each activity
• 1 or more years’ experience using social listening tools (i.e., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Keyhole, etc.)
• Design and manage the execution of weekly and quarterly content calendars and strategic plans, including recruiting and engaging fans on our social media channels
• Have superior storytelling skills and able to understand the needs of our community
• Manage our email automation strategy to optimize reviews, repeat purchases, and referrals
• Use ChatGPT to help with creating content for social, our newsletters and email automations
• Pay attention to KPIs and create content to improve our engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions
• Communicate results and insights with the marketing manager, and suggest optimizations to our efforts to improve our KPIs
• Recruit and engage fans on our social media channels
• Manage relationships with consumers and brand advocates
• Ensure team members are informed if there are any trends appearing on social media which could detract from our brand sentiment
• Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms under the supervision of our sales team and customer service team.
• Maintain links for IG posts
• Generate links & UTM codes for social content
• Create social posts for our groups to showcase the latest trends, news in the industry, events, etc.
• Create social graphics to support our content strategy with Canva and work with our designer to create graphics for our ad campaigns

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 5+ years experience as a copywriter, with at least 2 years of experience writing for social media
• Experience in automotive industry (racing, repair, tires, performance cars, etc) a huge plus
• Good copywriting skills and excellent grammar + familiarity with automotive terminology are required for this position
• Direct response copy experience is a huge plus
• Experience in paid advertising, particularly Facebook and Instagram, is a huge plus
• Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools a huge plus
• Typing at least 60+ wpm
• Experience with graphic design, including a good eye and ability to create clean, on-brand graphics in Canva a huge plus
• Excellent attention to detail

We pay for the 13th month and all Filipino holidays.
This is a Full-time position.
Work core hours are from 3 pm CST to 12 am CST. Split shift flexibility is available after 30 days.
This is a full time role with a salary range of PHP80,000-120,000 monthly.
