Social Media Content Creator

Fletchair, is a commercial air conditioning company looking for a highly motivated and organised part-time Social Media Content Creator. You will be responsible for creating visual and written content and stories that drive member engagement, and lead generation across all social media platforms. Member engagement in the digital world is a powerful tool that creates culture and a sense of community across the industry.
Content Creation
• Creating social media strategy
• Create weekly strategy for social media pages (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Develop plan to seek more engagement and acquire new followers
• Create and maintain a social calendar and posting schedule
• Brand social media page
• Feed content into social networks
• Create & post unique social graphic/video content
• Copywrite captions, posts, responses, and boosted posts
• Source localised content
• Manage monthly social media campaigns and day to day activities
• Post new content, answer comments.
• Find bloggers, forums to work with.
Social media monitoring
• Analyse and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies
• Report on effectiveness of campaigns monthly
• Monitor trends in social media
• Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media
• Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
Applicant requirements
• Experience in social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn – the trades and services industry specifically air conditioning experience is a bonus!
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Digital design skills
• Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content
• Writing, blogging and proofreading ability
• Strong organisational skills and communication skills a must
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with our team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude
