Your Role: Social Media Content Creator
In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of our Creative Managers and Creative Leader to turn our clients’ social media strategies into engaging, impactful content. Here’s what you’ll do:
Craft Compelling Messages: Develop content that captures attention, evokes emotion, and drives action. Whether it’s text, image, graphic, video, or carousel, your work will resonate with target audiences.
Focus on Outcomes, Not Outputs: Apply the jobs-to-be-done framework to ensure your content meets our clients’ objectives and delivers meaningful results. Your content will align with our clients’ goals and resonate with their target audiences.
Functional Design Thinking: Prioritize functionality and user experience over mere aesthetics, ensuring your content is not only visually appealing but also effective in achieving desired outcomes.
Master the Marketing Funnel: Create content for all stages—from awareness (TOFU) to nurturing leads (MOFU) to driving conversions (BOFU).
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our Creative Managers, present your work clearly to clients, and continuously refine strategies based on social media performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
If you have the following traits, you might be the perfect fit:
Strong command of the English language
3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment (preferably within an agency)
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency with AI-powered tools like Canva and Hemingway App
A keen understanding of social media performance metrics
