6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure our social media strategies remain effective and relevant.
8. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, and effectively manage online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
