Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for creating engaging and compelling content and the skills to manage our social media platforms effectively. As the Social Media Content Creator and Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our social media pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality and engaging videos, images, and written content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate to ensure content aligns with our brand messaging and marketing strategies.
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with a portfolio of past work.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of content optimization, and marketing strategies to increase social media traffic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
