Job Description

We are a fast-growing UK-based social media marketing agency that provides high-quality social media content to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK and the US for a flat monthly price.

We’re on the search for a talented social media content creator who is ready to play a key part in our agency’s growth. If you’re an expert in graphic design (specifically Canva) with perfect written English skills and a strong passion for social media, then we want to hear from you!

This position will initially begin at 3-4 hours per week but has the potential to increase up to 20-25 hours per week based on performance.

The role is remote-based. You can work any time you like providing the work is submitted before each set deadline and completed to an excellent standard.

You will report directly to the managing director and communicate regularly via Slack.

Role responsibilities:
• Research and plan appropriate content to produce for each client assigned to you
• Create exceptional graphics for our clients using Canva
• Write engaging social media captions to accompany each graphic
• Research relevant hashtags to use in each post to increase reach
• Schedule the posts you have created to our dashboard for each client
• Handle any content revisions that are requested by the client
• Communicate regularly with the Managing Director and team using Slack
• Log your working hours using remote-working software

Essential requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience creating social media content for businesses
• Expert graphic design skills using Canva
• Perfect spoken and written English
• Impeccable spelling and grammar
• Strong knowledge of both American English and British English spelling
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Experience in using social media scheduling software
• Experience in using Google Drive
• Access to own computer with fast internet connection

Desirable requirements:
• Experience in using Trello (training will be provided)

This is a long-term freelance opportunity. You must commit to working with us for at least 6 months to apply.
