Social Media Content Creator “Construction Niche” & Strategist

I want to start a brand new social media account on Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram & Youtube Shorts. Here we will create engaging content for a specific niche that I have in mind. The Niche we are going to work in is the construction niche. I want to create sketchy / comedy videos about construction mistakes of videos of 60 – 180 seconds per video!

At the end of each video I want a nice call to action where we talk to a construction worker and tell them whe can bring in new clients for them each month. Wich redirects them to our calendar where we can have an appointment with the potential client.

Our main goal is creating highly engaging content wich attracts a lot of views and followers to our social media account.

Video Research On All Platforms
Because our target audience is construction workers like plumbers, painters, roofers, solar etc.. We want to find content of construction mistakes within those niches. It is important we can find a lot of these videos so it will be really important we spend enough time to find in Video research.

Create Enganging “Top 5” Video’s
Because I think it will be fun to watch videos if we will make Top 3/5/10 videos about construction mistakes. We will need to write a short script, create a voice over and putting everything together in a engaging video. Create every video for the social media platform format

Placing & Analyzing The Content on Social Media
Place the video on each social media channel: Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram & Youtube Shorts. Analyze the videos on each social media platform and learn what worked good and why, and also learn what did not worked out as well and also learn from it.

What are we looking for:
We are looking for someone who can handle all tasks of above. We need someone for fulltime work (40 hours a week) and has experience in all of the things mentioned from above.

We also have some courses about these topics so you can learn more and can be better in this field.

Mentioned: Learning time does not cover the working time. But for us it will be not a problem to invest in your learning proces so you get better in each field.
