Social Media Content Creator for Reels

Hello!

I am looking to hire a Social Media Expert

I invest in real-estate and I’m trying to build my Instagram showing the journey and my experiences as an investor. I would like to use my account to build relationships with other real estate investors, find deals and private debt partnerships (to buy more properties).

I have lots of videos of me doing renovations on the current property, but I am very slow to edit and need help being creative and choosing trending audio, funny clips, and editing the videos with cool transitions, cuts and telling a narrative in the video. I would like someone who has experience in content creation and planning a content calendar, I need someone who is very creative and has cool ideas. Someone I can develop a relationship with and brainstorm back and forth on ideas.
If you have experience working with real estate investors that is a huge plus.
I would like to reach 10k followers by October (I currently have 5k)

Create some content (like images) for instagram (need to have some graphic design experience)
Create and curate engaging, on-brand social media content including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and the real estate investing industry to ensure that my brand remains relevant and competitive.
Experience with graphic design — using tools like Canva or Adobe
Knowledge of best practices for social media advertising and targeting.
Analyze and report on the performance of our social media campaigns, using insights to refine our strategy and optimize our reach.
