As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a part-time or contract basis.
Job Description:
Position: Part-Time/Contract Social Media Content Creator
Location: Remote
Industry: Furnishings
Responsibilities:
– Create engaging and visually appealing images and videos of our in-house products and partner brands.
– Develop compelling content that highlights the unique selling points of each product and communicates their value to our audience.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all social media platforms.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in furniture/lighting and social media marketing to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
– Monitor social media channels for user engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Optimize content for search engines and implement best practices for social media visibility and engagement.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content channels.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a social media content creator, preferably in the furnishings industry.
– Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to create high-quality images and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy.
Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work part-time hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors in the furnishings industry.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with content optimization.
– A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content campaigns.
– Graphic design or photography skills are a plus.
