We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator and Manager to join our vibrant team. This individual will play a key role in creating engaging content, growing our social media presence, and fostering a dynamic online community of beauty enthusiasts. The ideal candidate has a knack for capturing audience attention with powerful visuals and engaging narratives, and is experienced in leveraging social media algorithms for maximum reach and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop, create, and edit compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and reels on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Manage our social media channels, ensuring consistent content scheduling, posting, and engagement.
Develop a social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, track success, and adapt content strategies.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly, fostering a sense of community and brand loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and social media best practices, and incorporate these trends into our social media strategy.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in creating aesthetically pleasing visual content using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with the beauty industry and its trends.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) and analytics tools.
A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
