Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, building and engaging our online community, and helping us achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
– Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
– Work with the designers to create and curate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
– Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms.
– Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
– Collaborate with other team members, such as designers and content creators, to produce compelling visual and written content.
– Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines in all social media content.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
– Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
– A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
